Michael Archuleta
Dr. Michael Archuleta is an experienced military medical malpractice attorney and a medical doctor, who for over 25 years has helped military families receive compensation for injuries and wrongful death due to military medical negligence. He has achieved some of the largest medical malpractice judgments and settlements in the history of the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). Dr. Archuleta is a founding member of the Federal Tort Litigation Group.

Doug Dribben brings a unique perspective to the Archuleta Law Firm—over 28+ years as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Army Claims Service, Foreign Torts Branch, where he adjudicated federal tort claims against the Department of Defense. A retired U.S. Army Major and Judge Advocate, Doug knows how the government evaluates, defends, and settles FTCA, MCA/NDAA cases because he spent two decades on the other side.
I spent 20 years evaluating federal tort claims from the government's perspective. Now I use that knowledge to help veterans and military families get the results they deserve.
David Anglin
David Anglin spent 12½ years with the U.S. Army Claims Service, including seven years as its commander, and has practiced law for 30 years. He has evaluated claims from inside the government and now advocates for the veterans and families bringing them.
Before taking command, he served as Chief of the Army Claims Service's Tort Claims Division and as a Military Magistrate with the U.S. Army Trial Judiciary. He holds a J.D. from Southern University Law Center and an LL.M. in Military Law from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, and is a member of the State Bar of Louisiana.
Today, I use that experience from both sides of the claims process to help veterans and their families secure the justice and compensation they deserve.
